SpiceFX 6 Cosmetic Effects Pack E5 Smooths Yet Retains Details!
This SpiceFX Pack for Windows Movie Maker includes 30 effects adapted from our powerful CreativEase BlurPro effects plugin for other video editing systems. Typical blur effects in Movie Maker alter the entire scene, limiting their usefulness for digital video. The unique technology in this Pack makes it easy to SELECTIVELY BLUR your Movie Maker clips, which means you can smooth areas while retaining edge definition (i.e. overall image sharpness). This is especially handy for video portrait shots and facial close-up shots, since it does wonders for smoothing skin blemishes! It's also great for creating dream looks for flashback segments. Note these drag-and-drop effects for Movie Maker also include some SHARPEN presets to sharpen scenes while minimizing the visual 'halo' artifacts of typical sharpen effects.

Cosmetic Effects -- Tips & Tricks General Tips
• Although just 30 effects are provided in this Pack, keep in mind you can apply more than one Cosmetic effect to the same clip to vary/extend the results. Therefore, dozens of variations are easily possible!
• This Pack is a very powerful duo for enhancing the look of your OTHER video effects in Movie Maker. Apply a blur-oriented Cosmetic effect first -- such as Blur Light 1 -- before other artistic or color effects to get purer/smoother effect results. Apply a sharpening-oriented Cosmetic effect first -- such as Sharpen 1 -- before other artistic or color effects to magnify the effect results.
• If you see in certain Cosmetic effects some unwanted darkening along the frame edge, that is likely due to excessive frame edge noise in your original clip. You can solve it by first applying to the clip one of our new CleanCrop effects from our Correction Effects Pack, such as CleanCrop 4 Pixels.
